After a quiet night we are sailing in light to moderate wind, last 24 hours we covered 139nm, the previous 24 hours (occasionally on the engine) we covered 130nm.

Yesterday we covered 156 nm in 24 hrs. Quiet night, good to catch up on sleep. Now 413 nm from Mindelo., 1757 to go. No problems, Richard cooks wonderfully, all well here.

All maintenance jobs were completed, the food restocked, fuel tanks and jerry cans filled and the crew was ready for the last leg.
